Within one week of purchasing this repair service, the Driver Hub should be sent via a trackable shipping service to:

Within the box, include the following items:

Damaged Driver Hub, including battery
A printout of the order confirmation from the Hub Repair Service purchase
Notes about the reason for the repair
Please do not include any other parts (cables, sensors, etc)
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping and providing tracking numbers
