Welcome to the Robomindset Summer Camp! We are excited to have you join us for a summer full of learning, creativity, and fun. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, please review and complete the following documents before the camp starts.

Required Documents


1. Registration Form

St Kitts and Nevis

  1. Purpose: To register participants from St Kitts and Nevis for the Robomindset Summer Camp.
  2. Instructions: Complete the online registration form here.

British Virgin Islands

  1. Purpose: To register participants from the British Virgin Islands for the Robomindset Summer Camp.
  2. Instructions: Complete the online registration form here.

Sint Eustatius

  1. Purpose: To register participants from Sint Eustatius for the Robomindset Summer Camp.
  2. Instructions: Complete the online registration form here.

Anguilla

  1. Purpose: To register participants from Anguilla for the Robomindset Summer Camp.
  2. Instructions: Complete the online registration form here.

2. Medical Information Form

  • Purpose: To provide medical history and emergency medical treatment consent.

  • Instructions: Fill out the form with accurate medical details, sign, scan, and email it to info@sknra.org by June 30th.

3. Code of Conduct Agreement

  • Purpose: To ensure all participants understand and agree to follow the camp’s rules and expectations.

  • Instructions: Read, sign, scan, and email the agreement to info@sknra.org by June 30th.

4. Media Release Form

  • Purpose: To grant or deny permission for the use of photos and videos taken during the camp.

  • Instructions: Complete the form indicating your preference, sign, scan, and email it to info@sknra.org by June 30th.

5. Camp Rules

  • Purpose: To inform participants and guardians of the camp’s rules and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • Instructions: Read through the camp rules thoroughly and ensure the participant understands them. Sign the acknowledgment section, scan, and email it to info@sknra.org by June 30th.

  • Purpose: To outline the responsibilities and expectations for camp instructors.
