The OECS Robotics Association (OECS RA) is thrilled to announce the RoboMindset: Nurturing Innovative and Adaptive Thinking through Robotics summer training program, now coming to Anguilla for the second time! This dynamic program aims to empower the youth of the Caribbean with the essential skills and knowledge to build and program robots that address real-world challenges within their communities.
The program invites teams from all schools in Anguilla.
Each school is encouraged to form a team of no fewer than 10 members. Over the course of 4 weeks, students will engage in intensive learning and hands-on activities, culminating in a showcase where they will present their robot projects based on a central theme.
The mission of the RoboMindset: Nurturing Innovative and Adaptive Thinking through Robotics summer training program is to equip youth with the skills and knowledge necessary to build and program robots that can solve community problems. By providing access to advanced technology and education, we aim to inspire the next generation of innovators and problem-solvers in Anguilla and across the Eastern Caribbean Region.
Our vision is to foster a generation of youths in the Eastern Caribbean Region who lead in innovation and technological advancement, using their skills to create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
